What to do about returning merchandise

In the unfortunate event you must return an item please take the following steps.

• If an item is proven to be defective you may order a replacement and return the original to us.
  
  
• All non-defective items will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
  
  
• In the event of damage to your products on delivery, check with the carrier/deliverer of your package to fill out a damage claim.
